Love your post is your duty, dedication is your duty, youth is your capital, and dedication is your pursuit. There is such a young man in Gree. He always keeps this promise in his work and follows the development of Gree without complaint or regret. He is Liu Peng, the head of the water jet cutting group of the cutting and processing center of Gree Group. Figure 1

With a gentle face and a slightly thin body at first sight, it's hard to imagine that he could support the heavy task of the water jet cutting group. It has been ten years since he joined the company in 2012. He has grown from an ordinary worker to a technical backbone. He has also witnessed the development of Gree Group from machining of hundreds of square meters to cutting processing center of tens of thousands of square meters. Water cutting has obvious advantages for the special steel industry. There is no heat affected zone during cutting, which will not affect the performance of the material itself. The cut surface after cutting is flat, and the customer can use it directly after receiving the goods without repeated processing. The advantages of water cutting are obvious, and to cut a "beautiful" product, we must work hard. Liu Peng showed a particularly positive side at the beginning of the operation training. Later, he continued to sum up experience and lessons in his usual cutting tasks, and sought advice from more experienced teachers. He has developed excellent skills and basically made no mistakes in ten years. After being fully responsible for the work of the water jet cutting team, he led the team to conduct repeated experimental research on materials of different thicknesses and brands, accurately record the experimental data of each time, and finally determine the cutting standards of different materials, which also left detailed technical data for the subsequent technical operation training of new employees.
