Faced with the processing requirements of customers for 1.0 * 600 * 8000 size boards, the length of the board exceeds the size of the equipment's finished pallet, which undoubtedly poses a huge challenge to production. After receiving this task, the production department quickly activated the problem-solving mechanism.

In every process of equipment processing, they actively explore possible solutions. A new employee proposed the method of lifting the excess board behind the pallet, which was unanimously praised by the old employees. This measure ensures that the board is level with the pallet during cutting, greatly improving the accuracy of machining dimensions. However, this is only part of the problem. Due to the excessively long length of the board, traditional lifting methods are not applicable. Therefore, they adopted a manual lifting method to transport each finished product from the processing area to the packaging area. Despite the high labor intensity and low efficiency of this method, the employees in the production department have no complaints.
