I am Liu Huaxin. As a member of the Operation Department, all my work in the day is centered on the "completion of the contract".

The daily work starts with "contract review". Each sales contract to be signed must be reviewed by the Operation Department. Brand, specification, size, price, inventory, delivery date, etc. are the top priorities of the review, and other terms must be checked clearly, so as to understand the customer's special requirements and move to the next process more clearly. By reviewing dozens of contracts every day, I have developed the ability of "seeing everything at a glance", and even know exactly where there should be punctuation marks in the contract text.

From the signing of the sales contract to the release of the production process order, from the production of the processing center to the delivery of finished products, I mainly focus on the department connection, internal management, progress monitoring and other aspects to ensure the downward implementation of the contract. Communication, coordination, supervision and other management work are essential to the completion of the contract.

With the completion of the contract, the whole day's work has also come to an end. Before going off work, we will sort out the work of the whole day again, sort out the data, summarize the problems, and find and fill the gaps. The work seems to be repetitive, but it really tests the mind.
